1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Skip Queue online appointment booking system to book an appointment at Prime Medical & Diabetes Centre, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Skip Queue provides an online booking platform that allows patients to schedule appointments with doctors at Prime Medical & Diabetes Centre. The service assigns a queue token and an estimated appointment time based on current bookings and doctor availability. Appointment times are estimates only and may vary due to clinical circumstances.

3. Appointment Bookings

• You must provide accurate personal information (name, phone number, age) when booking.
• Each booking is for a single appointment. You must not create multiple bookings for the same appointment time.
• Appointment slots are allocated automatically based on availability. The displayed time is an estimated time, not a guaranteed time.
• If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact the clinic directly so the slot can be made available to other patients.

4. Token System

Upon confirming a booking, you will receive a token number. Please present this token when you arrive at the clinic. Tokens are non-transferable and valid only for the appointment for which they were issued.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information when booking an appointment
• Use the service to make appointments on behalf of others without their consent
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the booking system
• Use automated tools or bots to make appointments

6. Limitation of Liability

Skip Queue and Prime Medical & Diabetes Centre are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from appointment delays, changes in doctor availability, or inaccuracies in estimated appointment times. The booking system is provided as a convenience tool and does not constitute a binding contractual guarantee of a specific appointment time.

7. Privacy

Your use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the booking system after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last updated.
